Now what makes this better is baking some homemade banana bread on the weekends. The aroma fills my house with warmth and comfort any time of the year. Since my banana bread does not last long on Saturday with everyone devouring it in the house. I have to make sure I have another batch prepared for Sunday. I have whipped up this super easy White Chocolate Greek Yogurt Banana Bread with Vanilla White Tea Glaze recipe to share with you! I was inspired by with this recipe, but gave it a little twist with my own additions.

- Lightly beat the eggs in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and brown sugar. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently. Do not overmix.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan, spreading it out evenly, and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Once bread has cooled, boil some water and add your Tea Drop to 8 oz of the water in a mug.
